Environmental sustainability

Our processes follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, and comply with REACH EC 1907/2006.
We run an efficient production process that maximizes material usage and minimizes waste.
All production takes place in Sweden, adhering to stringent Swedish and European regulations.
Our products are made from recycled Swedish steel scrap, reducing environmental impact.
We only use renewable energy sourced from Swedish hydro and wind power.

The coupling geometry of our GET enables operators to utilize over 75% of the material, minimizing waste and delivering cost savings.

100% renewable energy in our production

Producing world-class wear parts does require energy, but our commitment to renewable sources significantly reduces our environmental footprint. We rely solely on wind, water, and solar energy, ensuring that our energy is entirely fossil-free.

Recycled steel

We exclusively uses recycled steel scrap from Swedish steel manufacturers, which is melted and processed into finished products. Additionally, our customers are encouraged to return used wear parts for recycling, creating a closed-loop system.

We strive to optimize every step of the production to reduce waste, improving efficiency, and ensuring superior quality. To make this happen we use the latest technology for cutting-edge casting process simulations. This advanced technology not only enhances our precision and quality but also drives sustainability, minimizing material usage and our environmental footprint.

Our commitment to REACH compliance

At Combi Wear Parts, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of product safety and environmental responsibility. We fully support global industry efforts to minimize the use of undesirable substances in manufacturing and strictly adhere to the European Union’s REACH regulation, which safeguards both human health and the environment. We hereby confirm that our products, in accordance with the latest update of the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) list, do not contain any of the listed substances. We regularly ensure that our products meet all applicable REACH requirements (EC 1907/2006), and we closely monitor updates in the SVHC area.
